Lenka was amazing. I was looking for a property from out of town. This can be quite difficult. But she found the perfect place, she went to see it and sent me a video of her walk through. Her knowledge of Cape Coral is so extensive and was so beneficial in helping me decide. She was beside me every step of the way, and she took the lead in getting what I want! I was a out-of-town buyer which in itself presents a myriad of fears but all of them were wiped away when working with the Cape Premier team. I also had a limited time to purchase a home and it created a short timeline to do so. I don't think I need to exaggerate the status of the market and just how difficult it can be to find a home right now within budget but this team found me one! They spent countless hours (within a short period of time) reviewing MLS listings, connecting with other agencies, and driving around the area in which I wanted to buy JUST to help find me a home. And in the end they did! I am so grateful for the integrity and perseverance of the CPR team lead by Alisa Knittel. I honestly don't think I would have a home if it weren't for her leadership and her team's incredible kindness and dedication. I'm not sure any other agency would have stepped up and taken my purchase so personally. The communication was clear, transparent, and effective. And the process was far smoother than I could have imagined for an out-of-town buyer. I also was in a position where it wasn't clear what sort of funding I would be eligible to pursue and the CPR team in coordination with Mortgage One (in Cape Coral, FL) were god-sends. They were so kind and patient as they led my through a process which was completely foreign to me. It can be scary to put your financial status in other people's hands but it was worth the risk because both teams treated me like their number one priority. I believe this speaks wonders about an agency when you can tell they have a trusted and efficient network for each step of the home buying process. HUGE thanks to the CPR team and their incredible network.

I love Lenka Doyle, because she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She worked very hard and got our home sold even after the hurricane. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing real estate advice or representation in any capacity Lenka Doyle, YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Cape Premier Realty was excellent to work with. Great customer service and knowledge of the area. We were looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral. We came into town for a week to look at houses but didn't find the right one. After we went home, Alisa would send us listing and go look at the ones we liked for us. She had taken the time (when we were in town) to get to know our likes/dislikes and requirements. We were so confident in her and the office that when she said she found us a house we would love we made an offer without seeing the house in person. Closing was a breeze and we now own that house and couldn't be happier! Easiest and best experience buying a house we have ever had! I highly recommend Cape Premier Realty!

Lindsey made finding and buying a home in the Fort Myers area such a pleasant experience for us. Thanks to Lenka Doyle we closed on the purchase of our Cape Coral retirement home in late June 2021. Prior to working with her we had 3 rejected offers due to the extreme sellers market that currently exists in Lee County.
